How do I edit the metadata of my collection?

If you have minted your collection on our marketplace through either the interface or the Getgems marketplace team, you have the ability to make changes to the description, avatar, banner, and links to your social media and website. You can make these changes even if there has been an update or if you made a mistake when creating the collection.

However, please note that it is not possible to edit the NFTs themselves in order to prevent manipulation of rarity scores and attributes. Collections minted outside Getgems — on another marketplace or through your own smart contracts — cannot be edited here, because we have no rights to their metadata.
