Integrations: Overview
Integrations
Quick Summary: Connect your online store to Floship for automatic order import, inventory sync, and fulfillment updates.
Overview
The Integrations section lets you connect your e-commerce platforms to Floship. Once connected, your store orders are automatically imported, inventory stays in sync, and fulfillment updates are pushed back to your store — all without manual data entry.

What Integrations Do
Order Import
Once connected, orders from your store are automatically imported into Floship. The system checks for new orders regularly and also receives real-time updates from platforms that support webhooks (like Shopify and WooCommerce).
Inventory Sync
For supported platforms (including Shopify, Salla, Brightpearl, and others), Floship can push inventory quantities back to your store automatically. When quantities change in Floship, your store's inventory is updated to match. Check the platform table above for inventory sync availability.
Fulfillment Updates
When an order is shipped, Floship pushes the tracking number and fulfillment status back to your store. Your customers see shipping updates in their order status automatically.
Quick Start
- Navigate to Integrations in your portal
- Click Add New Integration
- Select your platform from the list
- Follow the platform-specific connection steps (OAuth login or enter API credentials)
- Configure sync settings as needed
- Click Save
Your orders will begin importing automatically within minutes.
The Integrations List
Your connected integrations appear as cards showing:
- Logo — Platform icon
- Domain — Your store URL
- Status — Active or Inactive
- Name — Platform name
Click any integration card to open its settings page.
Adding a New Integration
- Click the + button (or Add New Integration tile)
- Browse the available platforms
- Click the platform you want to connect
The selection includes Marketplace integrations (e-commerce platforms).
Common Settings
Most integrations share these settings:
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Status | Active or Inactive — toggle to enable/disable the integration |
| Mark Fulfillments | Push fulfillment/tracking updates back to your store when orders ship |
| Sync Shipping Cost | Include shipping costs from your store in the imported order |
| Pull Customs Value From | Where to source customs values for international shipments |
Platform-specific settings are covered in each platform's page: - Shopify - WooCommerce - Shopline — Shopline store connection and order sync - Other Platforms
How Sync Works
Orders sync through two mechanisms that work together:
- Scheduled sync — The system checks your store for new and updated orders regularly (typically every 15–30 minutes depending on the platform)
- Real-time webhooks — Platforms like Shopify and WooCommerce send instant notifications when orders are placed, so imports happen within minutes
Tip: If you notice orders missing, check that your integration status is Active and review any filter rules that may be excluding certain orders.
Connection Health
If your store's connection fails (e.g., expired credentials, store offline), Floship will:
- Continue retrying on each sync cycle
- Send you an email warning after 3 days of continuous failure
- Automatically disable the integration after 5 days of continuous failure
If your integration is disabled, you will receive an email notification. To reconnect: - For Shopify: Click the Re-Authorize button on the integration page - For API-based platforms: Verify and update your API credentials
Troubleshooting
| Issue | Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Integration shows Inactive | Connection failure or manually disabled | Open the integration and check for re-authorization prompts; verify credentials |
| Orders not importing | Filter rules excluding orders, or credentials expired | Review integration filters; check connection health |
| Store inventory not updating | Inventory sync not enabled or not supported for this platform | Check if Sync Inventory is enabled (Shopify, TikTok) |
| Tracking not appearing in store | Mark Fulfillments disabled | Enable the Mark Fulfillments setting |
| Duplicate orders | Multiple integrations for same store, or both webhook and manual import active | Ensure only one integration per store is active |

FAQ's
Can I connect multiple stores? Yes. You can add separate integrations for each store. Each integration operates independently.
Will disabling an integration delete my data? No. Disabling an integration stops future syncing but does not affect orders already imported.
How quickly do orders appear after being placed in my store? With webhook-enabled platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce), orders typically appear within minutes. For other platforms, orders import on the next scheduled sync cycle (approximately every 15–30 minutes depending on the platform).
Can I choose which orders to import? Yes. Most integrations support filter rules that let you import only orders matching certain criteria (e.g., specific payment statuses, order tags).
