How to create a new Project

PropTour uses your existing floor plans to automatically identify rooms and regions, plan the tour sequence and create a guided property video. From the main menu, select My Projects. Then click ‘Add New Project’ in the top-right corner or edit the for an existing project.

Add your Project Details

Fill in the details for your property or development:

• Company — the company or developer associated with the project.
• Agent — the name you’d like to give your project’s AI Agent.
• Project Name — the name of the property or development.
• Address — the project address.
• Website — add the project website if you have one.

Fields marked with an * are required.

Add Website Access

If you’ve added a website, you can let PropTour analyse the website content to help understand your project.

To do this:

• Tick Allow this AI Agent to analyze your project's website content.
• Confirm that you have the rights to use the website and its data.

If you don’t need this, you can simply leave these options unchecked.

Once everything looks right, click Create.
