How to upload your floor plan

Next, choose the floor plan you’d like to use for your tour.

Click Upload Floorplan.


You can either:

  • Upload a new floor plan to your Media Library, or
  • Select a floor plan you’ve already uploaded.

Once you’ve chosen the floor plan you want to use, click Add Media.

Supported formats:

JPG, PNG and PDF. For best results, use 4K images when exporting in 4K, and ensure your floor plan uses the correct aspect ratio to avoid stretching or distortion.
